Method of controlling tension is to measure the operation pulse of rewinding or unwinding axle by
Hall switch. Output tension increases or decreases a unit progressively when pulse count reaches
the preset pulse value, thus taper tension controller realize rewinding or unwinding. The main circuit
of controller adopts PWM constant electric current of switch circuit replaces conventional transformer
to supply power, so it has light weight, small volume and high accuracy of electric current etc. Operate
panel of the controller adopts touch switch to make operation more simply and output electric current
adopts LED digital to show more ocular. This product can be set up into manual tension control,
rewinding taper tension control and unwinding taper tension control; it can be suitable for accepting
and putting a semi automatic tension to control with various printing package packing machines.
