1.Introduction
The corona adopt high frequency and high voltage power to occur corona between discharge electrode and corona roll,forming
low temperature plasma, through the interpolar air ionization and produce ozone.The ozone is a strong oxidizing agent,it can changes
the molecular structure of the plastic surface to turn nonpolar into polar,at the same time ,corona can make the material surface appear
micro uneven cavity and make its surface coarsening,enhance the surface activity ,so that the surface tension is improved,the ink and
glue etc can permeate into the processed materials further,so as to achieve the ideal printing and sizing effect .
Corona processor is mainly used in the surface treatment before printing of the the nonconductive material,it can used with film
blowing machine,splitting machine ,printing machine etc ,enhance the surface tension of the materials,which can help ink and glue perm
eation,increase the affinity materials and obtain the good effect.
The roller of the discharge frame which equipped to the corona processor is silicon roller ,the diameter is 46~75mm generally,which
can customize different treatment width for special requirement.
The discharge frame is important parts of the corona processor,it is made up of frame,silicon roller,electrode knife, idle roller etc.
