ZLMK separate tension controller is a main regulator in SZK series HM tension controller ,is one kind of individually functioning products ,which
can be completed with other individually functioning products (such as dial ammeter or digital ammeter),meeting the customer's demands for
special machines ,The function of ZLMK separate tension controller is the same as SZK series HM tension controller ,both have digit display
type or dial type optional ,the former has even more direct visual imag digit displaying .Main circuit adopts transformeroutput and rectification
wave filtering ,adopting the the mode of adjusting pulse width changing duty ratio to adjust the feedback type pulse width of PWM control output
current ,so that the high power transistor can avoid serious problems of the high voltage drop and over heating ,and the circuit is featured in
steady current output and low heating of power transistor ,also the whole machine is compact in structure .Adopting 30V input in circuit design ,
the wire connection is simple;and it is with inbuilt protection system of overflowing and short circuit which makeit more steady and liable.
