1.Introduction
It is well know that torque triphase synchronous motor is a special motor which has a soft mechanical character and a wide range for speed
regulation ,when the load increase,the rotational speed of the motor can automatically decrease ,and the output torque increase,keeping a ba
lance with the load.
The torque motor controlle ( board) is a new type of electric voltage regulating device (open loop,close~loop),whose main featureis that after
the linear speed varies ,and the tension is still kept within an allowable range ,it is applied to the constant tension control for coiling sheet like
materials .The motor's running performance is matching with coiling movement which is ideal completed instrument for electromechanical torque
motor ,The controller adopts a silicon control to perform a step less speed regulation for the motor ,which makes the voltage regulating steady and
the starting in good performance ,being compact ,light and highly efficient and being easy for installation and a long service life.
This product applies to all coiling equipment in such industries as metallurgical industry ,textile plastic ,wires and cable ,paper making,boiler,crane
lathe and general machinery ,in which during the complete process the tension and the linear speed are kept within an allowable range while the
coiling diameter is gradually increasing from the beginning to the end.
